Our story
Rising to a better way of recruiting
We started Pheenix Solutions after watching good people get ghosted by hiring processes with nobody behind them, and good companies sit on roles they could not fill.
So we set it up so the same recruiter stays with a search from start to finish. We find out what the employer needs and what the candidate wants, then do the work of matching them.
The phoenix in our name stands for fresh starts and second chances. A lot of our work is helping clients and candidates get one.
