If you are hiring
- A market read before you commit. What the role pays right now, how deep the candidate pool is, and whether the package you have approved will clear the market. Better to know in week one than week seven.
- An honest verdict on the req itself. Some roles cannot be filled as written: too many must-haves, a title that undersells the work, a salary band set three years ago. We will tell you which lever to move.
- Reach beyond the people who apply. Two decades of relationships means access to professionals who are good at their jobs and not browsing listings. The best candidate for your role is usually employed somewhere else.
- Fewer, better submittals. Your team's interview time is the scarcest resource in the process. A shortlist that respects it is worth more than a long one that does not.
- Judgment about who stays. Reading motivation, counter-offer risk, and culture fit takes years of pattern recognition. It is the difference between a placement and a replacement.
- Timelines you can plan around. A realistic date you can tell your leadership, rather than an optimistic one that slips twice.
