Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Pheenix Solutions website and services (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

No guarantee of employment or placement

Pheenix Solutions provides staffing and recruiting services, but we do not guarantee employment, placement, a particular outcome, or a specific candidate or hire. Submitting information, applying for a role, or requesting talent does not create an employment relationship or any obligation on our part to place a candidate or fill a position.

Submissions

When you submit a résumé, application, request, or other information through the Site, you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You grant Pheenix Solutions a non-exclusive license to use, store, and process your submission for the purpose of providing our staffing and recruiting services, including sharing candidate information with prospective employers with your consent as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and resources that we do not control. We provide these links for convenience only and are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of any third party. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Disclaimers

Governing law

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
