SMS consent and messaging
What we text you about, how often, and how to stop. Consent is always optional and never a condition of being considered, placed, or employed.
Last updated: October 2026
Who this applies to
Text messages go to candidates and placed workers only. Employers, clients, and suppliers are not asked for text consent and are not sent marketing texts.
How you opt in
You can consent to text messages in any of these ways:
- By checking the optional SMS box on a form on this website. The box starts unchecked, and leaving it unchecked does not prevent you applying, submitting your résumé, or contacting us.
- Verbally, in conversation with a recruiter.
- In writing, by email.
We record which method you used and when. Promotional messages — referral incentives, bonuses, and similar offers — are sent only to people who gave written consent through a website checkbox or by email.
What we send
If you have consented, you may receive messages about:
- Your application and how it is progressing
- Job opportunities and available shifts
- Interview scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and changes
- Certification and compliance reminders, including documents about to expire
- Onboarding, payroll, and payment notifications
- Urgent operational messages about an assignment you are on
- Policy updates and service changes
- Referral incentives, bonuses, and promotional offers, where you gave written consent
How often
Frequency varies with what is happening on your application or assignment. For messages about career opportunities you may receive up to five per week in a normal week, and up to ten during busy hiring seasons. Operational messages about an assignment you are already on — a schedule change, an expiring certification — are sent as needed and are not counted toward that.
Message and data rates
Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan. Rates may differ for messages sent internationally. We do not charge you for text messages.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation and then nothing further. Reply START at any time to opt back in. Our messaging platform honors STOP, START and HELP automatically.
You can also ask any recruiter to remove you, or email help@pheenixsolutions.com. Opting out of texts does not affect your application, your assignment, or your ability to work with us — we will simply call or email instead.
Help
Reply HELP to any message, email help@pheenixsolutions.com, or use our contact page.
What we do with your consent
Information collected as part of the SMS consent process — your mobile number and your consent record — is not sold, and not shared with third parties for their marketing. It is used to send you the messages described above and to evidence that you agreed to receive them.
How we handle personal information generally is set out in our Privacy Policy, and use of this site is covered by our Terms of Use.
