Policies are only worth the behavior behind them. These are the commitments that sit underneath the documents above:
- Our services are free to candidates. We are paid by the employers who hire through us. We will never charge you a fee to be represented, interviewed, or placed.
- We ask only for what a search requires. Sensitive details such as your Social Security number or bank information are collected during secure onboarding after an offer — never to be “considered” for a role.
- Your résumé is not shared without your say-so. We tell you who we are submitting you to, and we ask first.
- We evaluate people on their qualifications. Never on race, sex, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic. See our Equal Opportunity policy.
- A real person owns your process. Every candidate we represent has a named recruiter they can reach directly.
