How we staff Logistics

Every order starts with your shifts, equipment and volume. This is how a req goes from intake to workers on the floor.

1. Discover

We go over your shift schedule, equipment, throughput targets and safety requirements, and the certifications each role needs before anyone steps on the floor.

2. Source

We keep a standing bench of screened warehouse, dock and driving workers, so we can supply anything from a few temps to a full shift on short notice.

3. Screen

We verify equipment certifications, run background and drug screens, confirm DOT/CDL and MVR records for drivers, check references, and cover safety orientation.

4. Deliver

Workers arrive qualified for the job on day one. We hold a few people back to cover no-shows and surges.

Screening & compliance

Floor and road roles need proper screening. Depending on the position, that can include:

  • Background checks and drug screening where required
  • Equipment certifications (forklift, reach truck)
  • DOT compliance and CDL/MVR verification for drivers
  • Safety orientation before the first shift
